do i need to be born ivorian?
No, you do not have to be born Ivorian. Your parents’ nationality is however required.
do i need to be a model?
Absolutely not. Although having some modeling skills could boost you during the competition, we do not require or expect you to be a super model.
Are there weight or height issues?
Miss Côte D’Ivoire USA is open to everyone regardless of their weight. However, we do require you to be at least 5'6ft barefoot (1m68cm).
do i need a sponsor?
Yes. We highly recommend you to get at least a sponsor to support you throughout the competition. Feel free to contact us some we can share some tips on how to find sponsors.
what about my classes or work?
We take care of choosing dates that are best to all. The competition usually takes place early summer, when students are out of school and that is also the best time to take some time off the office.
what is the age limit?
The age limit to run is 25 years old.
who are the judges?
Our judges are figures carefully selected. We take pride in inviting inspiring judges with great backgrounds to also empower our candidates.
how do i know that i have been selected?
After submitting your application, we will reach out to you after 2-3 business days and schedule your interview. Once everything is completed, you will receive an email with your invitation later as well as all the needed information to prepare yourself.
Where does it take place
The competition takes place in Washington D.C.
what happen after be crowned?
The crowned queen will have the opportunity to run for Miss Côte D’Ivoire in Abidjan.
